Do I need to sign up? Yes, you sign up once through the SumUp Local app with your debitcard. That is all. After that, your stamps are tracked automatically after every payment, without any effort on your part. Through the app you can also earn stamps or points at other participating businesses.
Do my stamps expire? No, your stamps never expire. They are quietly added up and you will receive a notification as soon as your reward is ready to use.
How do I redeem my reward? Once you have collected three stamps, simply show Carola your SumUp Local screen with your reward. She will redeem it for you and the €20 discount is automatically applied to your payment. That is all there is to it.
